Accurate Earth Map Remake!

Hey do you think its possible to update this to the current edition of DF? Playing on an alternate earth would be the baddest of asses.

It's worth a try. Though using the world painter is a pain.

Couldnt you load it into Perfect world as is? What would need to be updated?

Edit: I just got the one that you linked to work. It's a lot prettier and a lot less evil than Talvieno's.

It seems to have a bit higher system requirements to generate this one, though. I had to switch to my other computer.

Both of these are running in Dwarf Fortress v0.43.05 with CLA graphics.

Neat how the smaller bodies of water, like the Mediterranean, Sea of Japan, and waterways between the isles in northern Canada just don't show up in Talvieno's. Makes eurasia/africa and N. Armerica look especially blobby and indistinct.
