Techspeak for "Watch it, this stuff causes mutations birth defects" (I always confuse carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic for some reason). It's on our bottles of chloroform IIRC (might have been methyl cyclohexane or something similar though), along with a friendly reminder that said bottles do not contain drinking water.
