Updating mod from 0.44.12 to premium

Hello, some time ago I made a mod for the version 0.44.12 adventurer mode, and now I'm trying to update it to play it with the latest premium version. I'm having some problems that cannot figure out, I need your help.
In the errorlog.txt there aren't any errors, apart from problems with graphics.
I have a lot of custom items (weapons, tools, armor...). I wanted to delete nearly all the vanilla items, so I used the new system [CUT_ITEM:ITEM_X] to remove them.
The problem is that not all the new items appear in the arena purchase menu. And appear generic items that are not in the raws. Let's focus for example in item_ammo. I have these ammo in my mod:

Throwing axes and javelins doesn't appear, and appear 3 generic "ammunition", that aren't anywhere in the raws. The same happens with other types of items.
The same happens at the start of adventurer mode when buying the equipment.

Cutting items is a bit buggy right now - you'd want to conflict with
Code: [Select]
vanilla_items in your mod's info.txt.

P.S. If you want some sprites, I've got a few that I haven't released yet. Might not cover everything, but it's something.
