You were planning to have a 15 year old magical girl kill Witches by drinking them under the table!? It's original, at least.

Perhaps the defense attorney could roll to object to this character's changed testimony.

((Or the fact that he has absolutely no idea what the gender of the defendant is. Or likely even what the crime was. Or what he himself does for a living.))

In any case it would be a battle of critical thinking and I refuse to fight an unarmed individual.

Mr. Butler suddenly wakes from his nap, reflexes taking over: "I object... uhh... for the sake of objecting! Also, for pancakes, and to dismiss this half-hearted bought crony and his testimony!"

'Huh, what? I haven't even done me testimony yet, you bastard. Ahem. When it happened, I was... wait,' the witness says. He takes a moment to look at the writing on the back of his hand.

'Planting flowers, really? This is my worst job so far. A-anyway. I work at the florist's shop in the neighbourhood, and this guy - or is it a gal? - came in to buy some flowers, and totally said something like 'I'm gonna plant the shit out of these flowers, that'll show the bastard'. This shows he or she was doing this grave crime knowingly and with evil intent.'

'Was that... was that it? Do I get my money now?'

[5][1] Despite the stupidity of the Jury, it is my duty to sustain Mr. Butlers objection. Also I am charging Mr. Smith John Smith with Perjury. There will be no trial for this, as the public clearly can't be trusted. Instead you will be[1]Burned at the stake, while being drawn and quartered.

The constitution holds no sway in this court. Because it is based on television court, not United States court.
