THe interaction examples regional mists declares that it requires them to be a part of the GENERAL_POISON creature class, which wagons are not. Unless it's possible for the targetting conditions to vary between randomly generated mists, then you shouldn't be able to get reanimated wagons just because of the lack of this class.

Wagons also don't drop a corpse when destroyed, but a single log of generic 'wood'
So, unless it's possible to animate what the game normally considered completely inanimate objects, this should be impossible in the first place.

However, if it does happen, then that means that A) mists can have targetting protocols other than what is displayed in the interaction examples, and B) interactinos can be used to animate normally inanimate objects. Which would be awesome...
