What would we learn if we do no lynch?

If there's players we're relying on to come to D6 with information, how do we make sure they make it?

I really want everybody in favor of this to justify it to me.

So, you're lovers with the 'I can inspect' guy.  And you're saying WAIT and asking what we might learn.

If we make it to D7, we also get a lot of little cops in play, presuming Toons and I are still alive.  Could be any of us, I'll let the new cops say how they cop.

What's the cost of a no lynch?  Given a cop claim (are you worried the cop claim is a lie, a delay to get more time so gets elimmed later when it's realized is fake?), heck even Mater your partner discussed this might be wise, he was the first to bring it up.  Confused me how he said it, but it's on his mind - why not on yours?

I don't know what else we learn if we no elim.

I have no idea why there was no kill last night.  People have been hammering their own lover or self destructing, but I'm not about to do that - is everyone else left in play stable?

I dunno how we get the person to the next day.  Not elim them D5 is a good start.  I dunno if there's kills N5 or not.  I personally do not have a protect right now.  That can change, even at EoD when my next check for ability gain happens - I got a copy of Toony's changed copy but I can also get a changed copy of his changed copy - and that could be anything.  I probably don't get it, but I sure could.  It could be a protect.

If you can think a plan through that has me and Magma Mater surviving to D6, with Magma Mater having an inspect on a hatless player, then at least I can see that there's merit in stalling.

But I don't think such a plan exists, so I can't go along with it since stalling with a no lynch puts the player I'm allied with at risk.

I understand it could take a couple days.  Also, did you ask yet if your usurped action happens before or after hats are mugged?  I imagine it's impossible to check if NQT's hat eating happens before or after since you guys don't share the abilities.  I bet you don't need to tell anyone (maybe your partner) when your check happens.

Hey, if your pair own the only cop in the game and have the remaining anti-town, then the baby cops set to start appearing D7 might really worry you or something?

That might be a reason to stall or not stall.

If one of you is town and got told the other is anti-town.  Hey, you're town.  We can elim there and town still wins.  I hope there's not 2 anti-town left (and we've seen NQT's CYOS2 game, with its 7 town, 5 anti-town - but balanced with 3 different anti-town factions.  If we have that here, we haven't managed to flip into that yet and it can't be maf) but if there is, we deal with it as best we can.

So, are we voting one of you guys?  NQT NQT.  I'm very open to ideas that make sense.  Anyone got anything to discuss?  Otherwise I'm interested to see if the game ends today or somehow tonight.  And to hear whatever has happened come tomorrow.

According to EuchreJack's role PM, his ability can inspect people who start the night without hats. Honestly, I am not sure how he messed that up...

I'm sort of back. I wasn't able to read D2 more because there's other things going on in my life. I'm sorry but I can't give any good analysis. Even if I tried to rush something now it would not be satisfactory for me and nobody would be able to read it before the day is over.

I'm going to say Sal and Jim are always town here, 100% confidence.

Magma is probably a good guy but someone to consider if Imp and NQT are both town, like 75% confidence I guess.

NQT I think can be scum but I can just as easily see Imp as scum. I have an incentive to not vote Imp though because I know I can win with them regardless I'm sure Jim feels this way about Magma.

It's probably Imp, but since people don't want to no lynch besides Imp and maybe Sal I'm going to vote NQT and make Sal decide. If me and Imp die today and the game continues then whatever alignment NQT is probably wins. If NQT dies today and the game continues I'm probably going to kill myself tomorrow I have a daykill but I can only use it on myself. I don't want to do it today because it would leave 4 players left if Imp is town and have NQT with 2 votes and I feel it's likely they're scum if Imp is town and I don't want that situation.

However.

Imp I swear to almighty God if Sal sides with us and NQT is town I'm blowing us to hell tomorrow if you cannot adamantly make a decent case on someone.

Unfortunately I don't think that inspecting you advances the game in any way. The only people I'd be interested in inspecting are Imp and notquitethere because those are the only people with a non-pretend chance to be scum.
