So, 15 years ago I was the first to test what happens when you drop a burning lignite block that is within a metal bin into the ocean. Here is my original post where I link the old school recording:

Anyway, I just repeated the experiment in a lets play format. It took five videos to get to the drop, but I was able to test things to find out if it still works the same. You can skip to the last video, there are chapter marks to where I drop a !!lignite block!! by itself and then when I drop a !!lignite block!! that is in a metal bin.

What old tricks like this still work? Which don't work anymore? Are there others that haven't been tested in a good long while?
