How do you pronounce 'Urist'?

Does it have 'u' as in 'under', or 'u' as in 'unique', or perhaps 'u' as in 'urge'?

Some people say Yoo-rist, some people say Oo-rist, others go with Uh-rist.

It's one of this things that'll probably not be agreed on, but I personally go with Yoo-rist.

I say urist minus the you sound, like ergonomic. So er-ist.

I pronounce it with an ou as in Ouranos and a long i as in beer.
Oureest.
/ʊ.rist/ for those of you who know IPA.

While I'm not so sure it's linguistically sound, I like to pronounce it 'yer-ist'.  I like the feel better than the choices I know are linguistically proper.

Oar-ist ([Thing you paddle with]-[German for "is"]).  It has a suitably Germanic feel to it that I give it a semi-Germanic pronunciation.  How I pronounce the "r" varies wildly depending on mood, though.
