I thought about creating a bastard mod in which every single role was an auto-killer, auto-protector or auto-roleblocker, and have it very delicately balanced so an incorrect lynch would cause mass chaos.

Actually, having an auto-killer and an auto-protector on the same person could be interesting :P.
