For me using computer speakers or bose bluetooth noise cancelling headphones it just comes out normal volume. I wouldn't even link it if I thought it would volume bomb people's eardrums, I hate that shit too

Part of it is just that my headphones are absurdly loud - I have the volume turned all the way down to 4 (out of 100) and that merely makes voices "conversational level". Full volume makes ordinary system sounds cause hearing damage.

Reminds me of my shower knobs. The tiniest turn to either the hot or cold knob can swing the entire shower temp from scalding hot to freezing cold. The two need to be microscopically adjusted and mixed with eachother in a specific ratio to get ideal shower temperature.

I usually go for cheap headphones because the more expensive ones don't last for me, but I have to have the volume at almost max to be able to hear anything, guess that's what I get for going for the cheapest thing, but I will say they last for ages.
