ALSO: I have a new game idea I'm working on, with a much simpler system using a d20 and the SPECIAL stat system.

It's a post-apocalyptic survival in a semi-ruined city controlled by genocidal robots, called "Shadows of the Machine."

It's kind of like AI War Fleet Command on the ground, with survival instead of fleets, if that helps. Yes, you can fight them. No, it's probably not a good idea to do so right away.

Anyone interested? Note that a decent number of enemies will be references. Also you can play human, robot, or mutant [aka pretty much anything, my current player Scionox is a small dragon]

So we start with one perm weapon regardless, and it's triple cost to get an additional perm weapon, but 10 VP to change a perm weapon?  Or am I misreading this?

Sure. For now, at least.

Also note that if Duels is picked I'll be picking your weapons - testing different weapons at different ranges, after all.

How does a simple 8-player tournament sound?
