Urist McMiner names his artifact to Urist McMiner!

Moody miner made a door. Artifact has exactly same name as the dwarf, even a nickname is there!

Some kind of weird bug, maybe? Or just very self-confident dwarf?

It happens occasionally without interference, and can be consistently reproduced by forbidding the first material the dwarf takes (obviously, before they actually start construction; otherwise they just go crazy). But I'm guessing you didn't do that since it's a gypsum door, not gold or anything.

It's not uncommon for dwarves to name artifacts after themselves, but I've never noticed one that included their nickname. Then again, I rarely nickname my dorfs, just the occasional custom profession.

I guess when a dorf names an artifact after themselves it probably pulls their entire name for it. Try renaming him to see if the artifact's name changes too.
