Settable and Splintable tag

If i got rid of settable and splintable in

would that make broken bones heal by themselves without splints and medical dwarf bone setter attention?

Not sure of breaking and bruising/cutting are treated the same for healing, but if so then that should be what it does. Might want to up the healing rate and test it in arena mode though.
