I have no idea.  I should clarify that I'm not connected with the company making them or encouraging anyone to but anything.  It just seemed like a good example of something that would only seem relevant to people who already knew while being easily dismissed by people you want to hide things from.

My understanding of trademarks/patents/copyright IP law in general is pretty minimal, but I agree.  But then again, everybody should be donating to Toady.

Get the word out... about a day or two after its been released... y'know, so you can download it before the servers are overrun.  ;)
