Seriously.  As the title says, I've got an immigrant, a farmer with over 300 kills, most of which are giant animals (A number of giant hamsters included), who is literally wearing.. well, let me just show you.

He saved my fortress from a rampaging zombie camel by beating it to death with one of his many bracelets.

Don't believe me?

Also, his impressive kill list:

I love the new historical figure migrants.

This thread is 7 minutes old and no one has commented the sheer badassery that it is.

This thread is sheer badassery.

Is that the equivalent of full body bone armor ?

Also, very badass.

...I checked in Legends.. he's a normal dwarf.  No lycanthropy, no vampirism, no nothing.  He's just an agile little fucker who hasn't recieved a single scar, yet started hunting giant animals when he was 13.

That farmer is awesome.
He like a nameless badass that is unrecognised by anyone, yet wears his kills as trophies.

I said it before, and I'm saying it again:

Historical immigrants = ‼The Awesome‼

That's one insanely badass farmer.

Certainly you could argue that DF is a lot like The Sims, only... you know... with more vomit and decapitation.
If you launch a wooden mine cart towards the ocean at a sufficient speed, you can have your entire dwarf sail away in an ark.

This guy might be spoken of in hushed tone to get children to clean their teeth.

"You'd better brush, or Nil Shieldpages is gonna rip out yer teeth and wear them like jewelry!"

Every time I see "giant hamsters" I am reminded of ultra peepi from invader zim....

I am more curious about this dwarf using a bracelet as a weapon... is this a misc item user attack, or has something strange happened in this release?

Also, this guy has more bling on than a 90s rapper.

Just got such a guy myself. Only 138 kills, but that guy really does not like birds of any kind.
His skills are nice too. Several proficient, skilled and great.

There was a cheat minor modification in the raws that made all dwarves naturally legendary in all skills. Worlds genned with that configuration are practically devoid of Megabeasts after a few hundred years.

Imagine dwarfs with that setting on now that  migrants can be historical figures.

It's treated as completely normal because this is Dwarf Fortress.  There's absolutely nothing wrong with surrounding yourself with a wall of flames, only to later realize that you're surrounded by a wall of flames.
There's nothing that can't be solved by hurling fifteen roc birds at it.

I got a swordsdwarf with only 16 kills. But all of them dwarfes. Another one has about 20 kills, mostly animals and trolls, but also some dwarfes. Um?

And now one with 51 kills, all dwarfs.

I have a similar dwarf, he has 175 kills... 168 are tigers. Apparently he really hates tigers! And like your dwarf, has millions of bracelets and earrings and rings, like 8 inventory pages!
