Hey, I did just shrink vectors. And then clean them up and touch them up to look better. Though the Luna one was hand(mouse)-drawn using colors lifted from the vector.

Man all the stuff I can think of is either really obscure or doesn't have a flag as far as I know.

The factions from Final Fantasy Tactics come to mind, but their crests would be rather boring and not very distinctive.

If you reverse the colors, you get Cuba.
