Michael really, really, really didn't want to be in space. He wanted a regular sunday morning where he watched the telly, drank tea and ate a shitton of jaffa cakes in bed while contemplating going on the internet and browsing, but he wasn't going to be complainative or try to deny the inevitable truth: he was very, very far from his apartment and a packet of jaffa cakes.

"Yeah, you're probably right... I'm a medical student."

"<Some of us would...not like to hear that. Why were we arrested? No one else seems to remember, which I find quite remarkable. Though the one who speaks Kest says he was attacked. >"

Orichalcum observes the building and people for anything of note.

Michael begins to absentmindly check for any humans, or for a coffee machine, or a vending machine, or something normal.

while we're passing through the crowd, subtly pickpocket a few people.

Orichalcum observes the building and people for anything of note.
The people are all tall, at least eight feet in height, with four arms, horns, and skin colors that range from caucasian to red to true black to true white.

Michael begins to absentmindly check for any humans, or for a coffee machine, or a vending machine, or something normal.
No humans are found in the crowd. However, there is a vending machine, but all the products offered are written on in Kestvoshorik.

while we're passing through the crowd, subtly pickpocket a few people.
Nobody here seems to have easily accessable pockets. You'd be noticed too easily if you tried.

The guard leads them out of the front door.

The city is set in a massive crater, the building they just left built at the center. Though it is night-time, the giant, blood-red moon in what seems to be the north and the diminutive cyan one in the east illuminate the streets, in addition to the red-glowing streetlights, showing that everything here is hewn from the same stone as the prison or fashioned from a silvery-red metal. Towards the north, a bunch of more elaborate structures reside. The guard orders the group to follow him and he walks to that section.

Orichalcum follows the guard some more, asking the question again.

"<Seriously, why were we arrested? It's so mysterious, it's like it's a state secret or something. Or the ending of a detective story.>"

Michael stared at the vending machine in a combination of annoyance and slight hunger when the soldier barked an order and marched out the door. He quickly followed, being the law-abiding citizen he was, and continued to follow. He began to feel bizarrely lonely and afraid in these completely alien surroundings, and his stomach began to turn once again. He walked beside Ori, the only one who seemed to know what he (Or she) was doing. What the hell was he going to do?

"Sorry to interrupt, but where are we going?" Michael looked at Ori. "I thought we were free to go."

"Someone freed us and we must meet him."

Orichalcum looks at Michael as if this were totally obvious.

"Don't look at me like that, I don't even know the language. I know French and Latin, if we end up in Ancient Rome or Paris or something I'm not going to look at you like that."

Ori promptly speaks to Michael in Latin.

"<Lat> Is that so? I thought I told you already.</Lat>"

Sam gives Michael a look similar to Orichalcum's. "Even so. They probably want us to thank them or some such. I'd have thought it was a given."
