Well... there were those Illborn with green blood. Those were pretty dangerous, now that you think about it. Actually, you just resolve not to deal with any colors of liquid you aren't familiar with.

They're bigger than a human and look pretty chunky so Grassknot I suppose? It really does seem to be a possible solution for everything XD

"Illborn" is just your word for monsters. Weird bestial things. Some of them seem like the things you used to call "animals," but you've always known there was something different about them. For example: they only attack specific people - like you - as if they knew to hunt them down. You try not to think really hard about things like this. Ruins your calm, you know?

(Roll: 17, 3+1) POW! Riltia reacts fast and bats a falling Outer Sucker into the wall with her SWORDLAMPCHAINFLAIL. You back-step into the dirt tunnel and push Cherish out of the way of any oncoming attacks.



(Roll: 2) The lower Outer Sucker is too stunned by hitting the ground to act. The one still clinging to the wall above you puckers its lips and makes an awful PBBBBBBBTT noise. It's unclear who it was aiming for because it misses and projectile-spits weird monster stomach acid all over its companion. Unfortunately for you, they seem to be immune to each others' salivacid.

So I'm guessing that green triangle is to fuse tamed or captured Illborn together...


Use some kind of magic on the one on the ground just in case the acid lingering on it might damage your swords or something
