As Twiggie pointed out, the in-game communications don't notify you. Forum pms are probably the way to go if you really want to contact someone.

Also, I don't believe I've received Spartan 2159 from you, GG.

So, ah, slight problem. I kind of forgot who I've gotten the comms for. You can trade them, yes... but it doesnt keep track of them, heh.

I have Believers (duh), Morganites, University, and Peacekeepers for sure. If anyone has the comms for the Hive, Spartans, and Gaians, either pass (or re-pass) those comms to me, or pass it to one of the above factions and tell them to pass it to me.

And then we can get this show on the road!

Yes, we seem to be trapped on isolation island together.

Morganites should be able to get you the Gaians comm freq though.
