scap wasn't on and I thought he might go with Furtuka. Also, I wanted a support with Olison as they've been partners for two years, so, it makes sense they would have at least a C support. As for Tantallos, Haspen wasn't handing out a C-Rank no matter how much PS and I talked in-character and I felt I needed one with Tantallos to justify Chris's decision to join his 'family', so... :P
