We do want to implement a time delay for important jobs, however Glloyd is trying to find out how to do it in a way that doesn't make it so regulars who've been playing on the server for awhile don't have to play for a week straight just to play the more important jobs.
I think most of the problems with the minimum time requirements should be solvable with a whitelist that allows certain users access to whatever job they want and a blacklist that prevents certain users from having certain jobs.

You'd have to go to an admin with more knowledge about how this works though, because when it comes to most of the technical aspects of the server I'm utterly clueless.

AFAIK, if we implemented this, almost all of our regular players wouldnt have an issue, as it is a database function that tracks how much time a player has. And we've had a database.

That purple goo had it coming.

There was damage out towards the end of the corridor that goes west from the arrivals shuttle.

AFAIK, if we implemented this, almost all of our regular players wouldnt have an issue, as it is a database function that tracks how much time a player has. And we've had a database.

Considering how many captains we have that go braindead within fifteen minutes or so. This would be fantastic to have.
