Ashley slashes at the gunman grappled by Alice. Keep in mind, this is a fatigue katana, so that guy earlier shouldn't have died... but he would've anyway, so eh.
[35 + 20 vs. 23] Hit! 47 fatigue damage! USEC thought that Ashley was using a different katana honestly. Whoops. As such Ashley's new target doesn't suffer horrible and agonizing death
yet and merely falls unconscious.
Kate follows the man up the stairs. She gives a battle cry as she does so.
Kate rushes after the man, only to find him runs down the stairs and out of the street. The street where all of his companions are waiting with guns to shoot you up... The fact that you run screaming about death to your enemies probably ruins any chances of you acting cute and avoiding fire.
Alice wasn't entirely sure what to do now that she had pinned him down, so she just continued to grapple him.
With the man now unconscious Alice slowly releases him. Well, she could continue to grapple with an unconscious body, but that would just be wrong.
We should help Kate
Alucard and Bartimaeus gets bored, so they teleport in the battle.
Rose and Filipov follow Kate in case she needs help, which she probably does after running out into the street full of bad guys. They are joined by Alucard and Bartimaeus, who teleport in next to her.
Counter Attack!
The gunmen open fire on everyone with their AKs, trying to mow them while they still can.
[65! + 10 vs. 27 + 7] Hit! 21 damage! Alucard takes several shots to the gut, but his armour shields him from the worse of it, and he'll survive with only a few bruises.
[36 + 10 vs. 17 + 12] [25 + 10 vs. 40 + 12] Hit! 32 damage! Kate manages to avoid most of the fire that comes her way, but does get hit a couple of times. Her dress is going to need some repairs and dry cleaning, that's for sure.
[33 + 10 vs. 40 + 20] Miss! Rose manages to duck back into the building before the attacks shoot at her, and the bullets either whiz past her harmlessly or impact the concrete wall she's hiding behind.
[31 + 10 vs. 41 + 15] [54 + 10 vs. 39 + 15] Hit! 55 damage! Filipov is no so lucky. As he runs out he manages to catch several of the bullets aimed at Rose, and crumbles into a heap onto the ground, bleeding heavily and moaning softly from the pain of his wounds.
