Meanwhile, somewhere a pack of fluffy nomadic space raptors is working on a novel. Cuz fack it, we need NPCs. :P

...actually, said somewhere appears to be an aerostat floating high above the city, held up by the winds. The anchoring structure with its little cable-climbing car is rather cute, and features a number of kiosks and screens on pretty much every surface imaginable. The cable itself appears to have been used for holographic advertising, amusingly enough.
