"Hm... how does the phrasing work, and could you give me an example of what I would have to say for wanting to fix Lizzie's problem?"

Elizabeth is wandering the city, just looking around.

"Just scream how you feel about Lizzie. You're basically calling for whatever entity is out there to answer your summons."

[Twi]

Marie waves at Eldon.

Elizabeth discovers a large area blocked off from the rest of the city by a concrete wall and a dome of energy. At one side, she finds the entrance. The sign says 'TSAB Live Fire Exam'. A very tired Reina-chan in boring Ground Forces uniform is there, along with some even less interesting mooks. She quickly notices Elizabeth and blinks.

"_{I didn't have anyone scheduled for right now..}."

Kyle nods and does as he was told to do. I don't really know what he says exactly but it's heartfelt.

Eldon waves at Marie and sits down, ordering an OJ.
The bowl suddenly begins to glow with a purple light and fills with what appears to be a ripply black liquid. A swirl of dark purple fills the center of the bowl and floats up.
 "Why dost thou cry out to Caranheim, seventh ambassador to the Lord of Undeath, for?" a voice calls out from within the ethereal, from inside the liquid.

[OREOSOME]

Elizabeth-chan looks over the blocked off region of the city, curiously. Confused, she goes over to Reina-chan.
"Uhhh.. what's going on here, Miss...?"

[Twi]

"Sergeant Reina Ryuki, at your service."

She sighs.

"This is where they administer the exam you're supposed to take before entering the TSAB in any permanent combat role, ma'am. Unfortunately, the fabled White Devil went on a vacation or something, and now I'm stuck doing something well above my pay grade. Oh, and the best part? We're running out of test drones, so I have to fight the recruits myself sometimes."

Reina shakes her head sadly.

"It's a SNAFU no matter how you look at it."

[OREOSOME]

"Oh. Uh... well, maybe I could help fix up some of the drones, get them operational again, so you don't have to fight all of your trainees. What do you say?"
She smiles a bit, holding out her hand.

[Twi]

"I appreciate the offer, ma'am, but I don't believe I have authority to let you. For all I know the drones might contain classified technology. "

Reina smiles back.

"Let me ask the engineers about it. In the meantime, could you please state your name and other such paperwork stuff? Yumi, I'd like you to patch me through to Engineering and display the standard civilian volunteer form for this girl. Record."

"Hai, Ojou."


That voice seemed to come from her left arm. It also sounds mechanical. Dang it, devices.
Reina turns around and begins talking to someone on magi-skype. Dang it, holograph screens.

"Hello, Mary. I'm calling to ask about..."

Meanwhile, a paperwork form (or is it filework form?) displays itself in front of Elizabeth.

Elizabeth looks over the filework displayed, carefully reading over it.

[Twi]

Name, species, gender, rank, date of birth, nationality, type of job being volunteered for...

"It has word recognition, you know. State the question and the answer and it should record it. Or just write it with your fingertips. Filling out paperwork the TSAB way is just a tad easier than the army way."

[OREOSOME]

She proceeds to write it out, possibly using her mind to work on multiple sections at once.
"There... there... annnnd Done! Elizabeth Calipso, Technomancer, reporting for duty!"
