Aneira, move to the side and shoot the myrm.  REVENGE!  Then canto over in Dakob's direction, as you suggested.  Which you've already done!  Splendid.

Aika, take a trip south to murder a mage.

GOROG THE DESTROYER... Do a little dance for Dahzel and Aneira.  Aneira can do as she pleases after this since I don't feel like editing the entire plan to account for me forgetting that Gorog is now his first tier class.
Dahzel, I'd advise moving to 14, 7 and cutting the mage up, though if Aika should crit and kill it then feel free to murder Bandit E.
Ekul, go flux Bandit D.
Igor, move to 10-6 and stab spellslinger C.
Lian, step one down and also stab the spellslinger.
Dakob, take a step to 11-4 and finish off the myrm.

After this, Ekul, Igor, Lian, and Dakob--Geoffrey as well--should probably all start heading south, taking down the other spellslinger if possible before they hit the axemen at the gate.  You're low on health, but our healers should fix that problem a bit before you move again.  Someone should try talking Mia over to our side next turn, too.
