Does that mean that the associated rules are being retconned out? The reason for those feats being removed was that their associated benefits were integrated into vanilla combat, to reduce feat taxes.

No. You get to choose which version of the rules you want to use. If you go vanilla, then you miss out on the new stuff. If not, then you don't get Vanilla. New houserule: rangers get any TWF feat they qualify for where they would get the vanilla ones.

This is not a day that exists and presumably will never exist and has never existed on earth. In the vastness of the universe, it seems not impossible that on some other planet there exists a civilization that has a dating scheme identical to us, but the numbers of the days are two behind. However, my internet provider charges extra for the "faster then light connection" so I probably won't be able to access such information for the next several billion years.
