Duncan binks the guard over the head with his staff. The guard turns around and growls at Duncan.

While he's distracted, Anna sneaks up behind the guard, grabs him, putting a hand over his mouth, while making her knife pistol very visible. "Silence or you die." she says quietly.

As Anna goes to grab the guard the man falls backwards into her as he passes out.

Checking over him Anna notes two things. He's slightly more attractive than Duncan, and he did in fact have a delayed reaction to getting boinked. On closer inspection he seems to be some kind of cat faunus.
