1) Can you use the enemy's railway tracks?
2) Is it possible to destroy infrastructure in provinces you control?

Good question. Logically, its "if they let you/ its the same gauge" and "yes", but what do you say, oh he who runs the game and not he who lurks in the OOC?

If by this you mean 'can I launch my forces from away if there's railrods in enemy province I want to attack' the answer is yes. This is gonna specifically change in next version (first you move to the border, and next turn you can attack).

The second question is just like Harb explained, albeit in next version you will be able to demolish PI's using PI/turn limit. Or something :v

It would be interesting if there where different gauges of track, with standard giving the most production but the others preventing people from breezing on in.

Whelp, I missed that part.

Yah, I suppose that without production... But still, IRL they increased growth immensely, and helped out with technological advancement aswell... Perhaps they could count as part of a population tick or something... I dunno anymore...
