*sighs*
I've been reading the books when I can, Fusil, especially those to do with the Void, and nothing I've seen supports your claims. Maybe I'm reading the wrong books, in which case, if you could simply tell me the title, I could confirm. Otherwise, I must maintain my position that you are wrong; it is not I whom the burden of proof lies on. It is you. You are the one making extravagant claims. You are the one trying to tell everyone what to do. So prove that we should. Preferably without being an ass in the process.
And you're right; on their own, they don't. They help magic that is used with them. That is how they work. Don't bother telling me I'm wrong, I can already hear you saying it, the fact of the matter is that I know from experience, and is some portion of what powers the Ley Lines.
And KI'Tork, he's wrong about them all being untrustworthy backstabbing bastards. A lot of them are, but they don't break their contracts, from what I've read. Still not a good idea, as lawmancers never break contracts either, but they can still wring you dry.
I'd rather honestly ignore them when at all possible, for all purposes, until we have things sorted out inside the Bubble.
I have a question, Fusil. How would you know bubbles had been destroyed without a mortal presence in them? A. How would you know they were destroyed since the books can't exactly document their Bubble's destruction considering everyone in the bubble would be dead or paradoxed and B. Unless a God wrote it, no mortals means no authors, and if you think we're all idiots why would they be any different?
Finally, while Creation and Magic are not the same, neither are they separate, as you should well know, considering your recent projects. The one flows into the other. And a tool for Creation is assisted by having an ordered pattern as much as anything else.
((KJP hasn't sent me a new book in the last few weeks despite pokes. >.>))
