+1 for AOOKFTTRTN, and another for the pile on the torpedo and general.

Do we get a bonus revision as well, or just the design?

I'm also agreeing with designing the torpedo.
The decision on generals is more difficult for me; all of them have their advantages (better planes, better artillery, better communications). Choosing between one and three would be difficult, but since there's a clear majority for Tereshkova, I'm voting Achmed, simply to offer an alternative.

Stars and Swords for me.

The Star and Swords is too muted and plain for me.  I want something a little bolder, like the Captain America Shield, AOOK, or the Forenian Jack.  To that end, I switch my vote to AOOK to make it more likely than the relatively dull Star and Swords.

Just the design.

Ah, shame.

Anyway since we're pretty much decided on the torpedo, we may as well figure out what kind of thing we need next. We'll want a dedicated naval/torpedo bomber soon. The AS-DB-HF-23 can probably carry them in the short run, but torpedoes are much heavier than bombs and a divebomber doesn't have enough mass to handle it properly. A good twin-engine airframe ought to do it for that, and we can revise it into a fighter-bomber or ground attack craft pretty easily later on.

We'll also probably want a proper warship, but it's hard to say which one we need more, and whether we'd be better served by a destroyer using our transport boat as a tender or with light cruisers.

Current plan is torpedo > radar > destroyer > carrier, then go wild.

Although, of course, it is all up to discussion. If you have more ideas, feel free to propose. They may or may not get voted but they will contribute to our body of knowledge.

Well I do have this idea for a very heavy siege gun (300mm+) that was stabilised with 6 hydraulic legs and could fire in any direction without needing to be moved that could function as a railway gun, coastal battery, heavy fortification weapon, naval artillery or added onto the deck of a carrier without needing a gun mount on the ship itself. The legs could allow it to fire at odd angles or on uneven terrain and not require specially developed tracks or anything else in order to fire. Not sure how feasible it would be (beyond providing a cruiser grade gun) but how feasible is a rolling deathball?

300mm is roughly battleship sized. It's bigger than anything Cannala has at the moment.

Yeah that is battleship sized isn't it... Maybe 255mm then. But either way having something much bigger than them (in terms of artillery) is a good thing. That said battleship grade coastal batteries would deter naval invasion right?
