I asked people to share there alignment Honestly. Then I shared mine softly. If everyone else wants to say they're town Day 1, that can give us more to talk about day 2, correct?

Alone, it's just good info, for most mafia games. I literally got switched around back to myself Night 1 in that game I linked. So I ended up defending myself every single night. I thought I was being role-blocked.Nin'nin. Yes, the site was updated. And I did work it out Starver.

Color me skeptical about voting for an extension every single day.
Talking is good, but after a certain point the same people talking to the same people about the same people doesn't seem likely to bring new info to light.

Anyway:

Broadly speaking, this is how I think particular power roles should act:

Cops investigate someone to find out their alignment. They should investigate someone they a) don't think will get lynched the next day b) someone they don't have a particularly strong read on, and c) always expect they'll hit town. There are a couple of different varieties of cop, but given we know everyone has a power role the alignment cop is the most likely.

Doctors can protect someone from death during the night. They should thus, obviously, target someone they think is going to be killed during the night.

Trackers/watchers are weird. Generally, you will expect a tracker to be able to follow a target to see who they acted on, but not what they did, while a watcher will basically watch a target to see who targeted them. They might even be combined

Trackers, thus, should target someone they expect to act during the night. This could be someone they expect to perform the mafiakill, or someone they expect to have an action (which could be everyone in this particular game!) to see who they target.

Watchers, then, target someone they expect to be acted on during the night, such as the victim of a mafiakill.

Blockers stop someone acting during the night. Target someone you don't want to have an effect during the night, such as the scumbucket performing the mafiakill.

Jailkeepers are a special one, in that they are a combined Blocker and Doctor. Their target is protected from nightkills, but also can't act. Consequently, they should act on someone they want to protect or someone they want to block.

I think that's all the vanilla roles, at least the ones that come to my mind. Perhaps MaxSpin can say more, or fill in any gaps.
