I only just saw Band of Brothers a couple weeks ago.  Makes me appreciate having been to Bastogne more (I even went into a restored fox hole).

Major Winters was awesome, so therefore someone awesome would have to have his place.

You have. Watch it, it's good. It's like Saving Private Ryan only based on and is almost totally faithful to real events and therefore more heartstringy-tuggy and simulations more awesome.
