Proposal for embark screen, danger and interest ratings

Many people are talking about magma finders or searching for hours to find sites and seeds with interesting terrain.

I propose that the embark screen give some sort of rating as to what is in store. Both for difficulty and Interestingness. (is that a word)

Such as a numeric rating 1-50 for each.

Difficulty
  No Trees              + 10
  Enemy Fortress        + 20
  Chasm                 + 5
  Scorching or Freezing + 10
  No Stream             + 5
  No Caravans           + 10
  Dangerous Herd Animals+ 5
  Dangerous Skeletal Herds + 10
  Legendary Invincible Giant swallow who could kill 5 titans at a time +50

Interestingness
  Stream                      + 10
  Either Coal or Magma        + 10
  Magma                       + 5 additional to above
  Iron + Flux                 + 10
  Iron + Flux + Coal or Magma + 10
  Sand                        + 5
  Magma + Sand                + 5
  Chasm                       + 10
  Precious Gems               + 5
  Herd Animals                + 5
  Enemy Fortress              + 10
  Adamantium                  + 10
  Vents, Demons               + 10
  Other underground Features  + 5
  Each ore type               + 3
  Each alertable stone type   + 1

So let me see if I've got this straight.

  Coal without Magma                              +10
  Magma                                           +15
  Iron + Flux without Coal or Magma               +10
  Iron + Flux in the presence of Coal or Magma    +20

  Sand in the presence of Magma                   +10

That about right?
