I'm happily going to kill some goblin bowdude when a huge number of dwarves appear out of nowhere and run at me!? Why am I at war with the dwarves, or do you think they're just bandits?

Oh well, whipping time! XD

On another note, are elven and dwarven settlements still just an unihabited point on the map with nothing?
