I love how almost all of these guys seem to have some sort of friendly smile on their faces. I guess it's tough to draw an unfriendly gecko.

OK. It is 2:00AM Sunday. by the time I wake up after going to bed, I will have people hounding me for a winner...

My favorites are:

DG's smiling cavalier gecko. (Gawd that mustache is so over the top! LOL!)
RCGames' used pick salesman. (Really shows the "Ravening" aspect. I love it!)
K33n's misasma cloaked nightmare. (glowy eyes! yay!)
and Kuika's pure nightmare fuel. (I like the charcoal like technique. have you ever considered using real charcoal?)

But since this competition isnt about quality of artwork, but the creativity of the depiction, I have to pick between RCGame's pick salesman, and Kuika's very creative nightmare fuel.  I always like light hearted stuff, so I will be biased just this once, and go with RCGames' entry.

Spoon us up a new FB, because I want to play!

Thanks! Here's an interesting one!

Omethu the Moist Snots was a forgotten beast. It was the only one of its kind. A gigantic one-eyed shrimp. It has two long, hanging tails and it appears to be emaciated. Its charcoal exoskeleton is warty. Beware its poisonous gas! Omethu was associated with water, caverns and blight.

Well I usually draw with drawing ink or graphite pencils. I have been told that influence can be seen in drawing I make digitally with tablet.

Here's the unfinished version of my submission. I need to whip out the scanner again tomorrow and scan down the final copy.

That's pretty cool. Looks like he's climbing bathroom tiles. The black bit is the shower curtain and on the bottom is billowing steam from the hot water in the tub.
And that's how your drain gets mysteriously clogged with hair.

Lol!

I'll have to get around to scanning that at some point. Probably not any time soon, though, as I don't actually have access to a scanner.

By the way, can someone draw me a yellow-green, one-eyed, gigantic fidgity bear with poison mandibles? It just arrived at one of my forts. (Its named Ayanu Favamefayo, just FYI.)

ETA: and now it's Ayanu Iquilafafire Favamefayo . . .

ETA2: It killed a hundred dwarves or so. I abandoned. Anyone care to draw dwarves GTFO-ing?

"Queca Lionislands the Mahogany wasps" was a plains titan. It was the only one of its kind. An enormous finch composed of star sapphire. It has a pair of squat antennae and it moves deliberately. Beware its deadly spittle ! Queca was associated with rivers, plants, nature and animals.

I think that it should be a beauty, actually.
