Also take out both the grueslayer and my photon saber. That fireball might have pissed something off.

Plasma pistols use the same power source as laser pistols - energy cells.

Holster the pistol, grab the rifle, aaaaaaand...follow everyone else before they get too far ahead of me.

Hmm... Well, since Dragon slave didn't work...

Slowga - Slow effect on area surrounding them (Selective Targetting)

Hastaga - Haste effect on area surrounding (Selective Targetting)

Aeroga - Erm... <_< sword waves

Thundaga/Firaga/Both - Lazors

Scratch that. <_< explain to the guy that it takes years of study to even BEGIN to cast magic. And then point out that I would probably do it better anyway.

In order for him to give you the spell he will have to create a solidified version of the spell, in essence casting it in a way that it isn't meant to be cast.
At least I had him play by the basic rules of magic.

You have a stroll down the road with the rest of the party. After a while, you notice bits of stuff on the ground. After a few more minutes, you start to see trees that have been blasted into the forest.

You come across the edge of a massive crater. Apparently, Rag's misspell went exactly where you need to go next. Huh.

Accross the crater, you can see a big hill with a trail leading up, and some sort of building on top of it.

Unfortunately, there's nothing that looks very useful on the ground. It's mostly all been blown to pieces.
