Creepy Outpost Liason

So my Outpost Liason just arrived at my fort.  Rather than going to meet with my Duchess or Mayor, he proceeded to go into the bedroom of one of my dwarves and simply sit there staring at a dwarven child.

Pedo much?

I think I was more comfortable with the venomous hell-mantis diplomats than this guy.
