Thats 10 times your normal carrying capability.
You shouldn't be able to move, and I don't think that anyone could get over 1600 units of weight from any shop keeper.

Here's hoping that the save isn't snacked.

Wish can be learned if you have at least 120 learning skill, more or less.

As for MoM casting it, she probably uses magic enhancing equipment that isn't heavy, to avoid the penalties.

Yeah, but you need 596 mp, and I know that even if you have the mp to cast something, it doesnt mean that you could...

It grows as you use it. It will gain more and more random enchantments, but at some point it's going to get hungry too, and will suck your blood.

IIRC in a few builds earlier you give it to your pets before it gets bloodthirsty, not sure if that works in the latest version.

Unfortunately, living weapons require material kits, and scrolls of whatever material don't work on them.

I'll have to save up cash and wait until December, or do that near impossible Loyter quest.

about Garok's hammer ... is it bugged? I had enough small medals to buy 3, and it only made <shock protection> items ... they give up to 15 const, so that is nice, but otherwise ...
