I've modified citizen sprites and a few others, so it should be better now.

All of the stuff is from open source uhhh, sources. I don't think any of it is stolen.
It isn't open source, Noa just obtained permission to redistribute it, if you wanted to distribute the game yourself with the tiles, you'd need to go and ask every person who's work is used in the game. Noa even said as much in the post where he made the source available.

Ohh, though it doesn't change the meaning of what I said in essence.

Though I am sure someone will take it as me saying the game is bad... SOMEHOW...

I like the summer green grass, makes it look spectacular. The revamped walls are also nice, too. And the character tiles are miles better than default.

Have you made changes to the player character sprites yet?

Player sprites are the last on my list. They are built like legos... So yeah, it's easier to redraw the whole game than a single gender :). Eventually, maybe, hehe.

I will upload an update which improves some other NPC tonight. Stay tuned :).

More NPCs were reworked. Most of Vernis should be. Also, various traders, male prostitute, flying eye, robbers and a few others.

Also better sounds for an arrow shot, teleport and miss.

Love the new graphics and tiles, and to answer a question long ago about anyone playing this: Yes. Many still are based on the number of deaths I get on screen by other players.

I used some of Kumiromi's graphics, but of course it is not compatible since they replace the same files. But I went futher and changed more tiles (and replaces some of his tiles; his shopkeepers look like martial artists for example).

Since you are interested, I will upload an update soon, I've made more sprite changes (including Shena :P).

Here it is, the 0.4 version. I reworked most "basic" racial male/female sprites and some special sprites as well.

- Map tiles rework.
- Character sprites improvement.
- Some music changes (I found some music annoying, like happy march in rogue town or dingling music at home).
