I think you should learn some skills by using wishes. That's what I always spend them.

Potions of evolution are always the way to go if you don't have any other good options. Or if you already have every positive mutation.

The order I do wishes is:

Useful artifacts > Evolution > Skill boosts.

I also did that castle. All I got is a Halberd too light to use with my skills and a message about some green stone.

What would I need to do to find a Silver Eyed Witch? would i need to be 38 to start running in to them? Better yet how does the spawn list even work?

I think the further you are from a town, the stronger the monsters are. So go to the end of the upper left peninsula where the Little Sister's Mansion is and run around there a bit, maybe? I don't think that's the only way spawns are determined though.

I installed the graphics pack, then I realized, the map on the wiki is now useless when it comes to treasure hunting.

You really should visit that website more often. :P

I learnt everything I know about this game from there, except the fact you can make millions of GPs in 10-20 minutes by prostuting.

I flip coins to decide what I eat at pubs. A friend and I walked in circles for an hour because neither of us would make a decision on where to go. I require influencing!

Heh, me and my friends always give cashiers a good laugh because of our tendency to spend more time deciding than eating.

The only reason of passing genes is, you want to start another character for some reason but you feel a little lazy to build up your character like the old one. So you get some items from your old character, sell most of them for cash and have a better start. I did that when I wanted have a different race.

Don't forget to factor in the cost of retrieving your loot.

That said, I like playing a character with stuff to inherit, so those odd inheritance deeds or whatever don't go to waste when I randomly get them as monster loot.
