You certainly lack the most common type of forum game here: Suggestion games. I'm going to hold off my vote till then.

Also, it seems you can't change votes for some reason or another. Is that option broken?

Personally, I like Suggestion games the most. Mainly due to the resemblance to MSPA (And not to Homestuck, since I dislike Homestuck due to plot madness) and easiness to GM.
