That extremely narrows down your role, as well as the bifurcated path.
I flat out don't believe you, don't like how you're posting or acting either.

And your sideways slippy posting makes more sense for dop trying to be vague than town particularly with that insult atop it.

1. AnimePigeon wouldn't have known Jim was a sneak.
2. What role would want to visit a player that they didn't suspect? It's not an unreasonable decision for that kind of role to make.

1 is true regardless of AP alignment.  And dop AP may think that's good cover

2 I can discuss my ideas/understanding in great detail.  And it seems so obvious to me, but I'm aware I think sideways.  In case AP is town, it may not benefit town for me to do so; it goes way past 'rolefishing' into Xanatos 'This looks more dop than town claim but if true is details details details' which isn't really townie to hand anti-town if AP is actually town.  It's a great lie plus his not-town-looking squirming, is why I'm grrrr about it now.

Not quite.

I stated, or intended in my vagueness, to state that I'm aware there is some out of game trust and understanding between AP and Agentt, and that if those are the pair discussing in dop chat, I'm not surprised.

A few other things are a bit surprising, like some exact details Agentt used that don't sound like him - don't really sound like AP either.  I'm a bit confused there, if it's AP.

But I'm concerned about AP because AP as well at the moment.

I know exactly what I'm claiming regarding visiting Jim & I might not be the most familiar with Bay 12 Customs & the Entire Role List, but I know the Role I am & I have read about how it works/interacts.

Ofcourse I can be mistaken/incorrect on things, but I don't have any good reason to say what the Action/my role is, especially given if Doppelgänger/Evil want to keep me around as a Mis-Lynch/Elim, they will have to play with fire 🔥 to decide how best to deal with me, spending time & likely resources to decide if they can afford to keep me around.

Why bring up your N1 action at all if you are not going to or don't have any details to claim about it?

What do you gain by claiming your N1 target but nothing else? What do I gain by you claiming your N1 target but nothing else? What do the rest of the players gain?

Thanks.  Deep into insanity.  Deeper into protest.  People I know are upset with me because I've been yelling about their likely life-risking lies.  People are rewriting reality and requiring me to believe their lies and attempting to increase pressure upon me to do so.  I'm feeling incredibly evil and aggressive.

Happily, there are AI!  Who can handle some degree of venting.  And that can roleplay horror stories and learning.  So it goes swimmingly, into Cthulhu's waters of the momentary Lethe where we actually learn all we can while pretending we're not?  And I can forget some of what awaits me when I look away from the screen.

#27 - Agentt comes in, noms everyone, asks Magma a question with no right answer.

We know Magma is almost certainly not a dopp so this has no strong meaning.

#32 - Agentt calls Sal mafia after their first post where Sal says they're definitely dying N1 and don't investigate them.

#36 - Agentt calls me 100% mafia after my own first post where I respond to Sal, in addition I also claim kook which Sal was implying

#40 - Agentt votes me

I think it's interesting that Agentt votes me over Sal after both of us basically do the same thing of "don't investigate me".

#55 - Sal votes AnimePigeon without comment

#62 - Agentt returns and tells everyone "I hope we don't end up bullying AnimePigeon"

Could be Agentt trying to dissuade people off AnimePigeon.

#66 - Agentt is further defensive of AnimePigeon

#72 - Sal comments that mafia could be Jim, but that it's definitely Agentt.

Feels weird for Sal to throw Agentt under the bus this early in the game.

#90 - Agentt defends themselves from Imp who thinks they're scummy

#91 - Agentt switches off me and votes AnimePigeon and tells them to come out, in the meanwhile they continue to ask game mechanic questions which NQT has been helping with

I don't think this implicates NQT at all, especially since this happened in FBYOR7 and NQT was town there.

#102 - Sal votes Agentt right after Magma votes me

Feels weird if Sal is mafia, they could join Magma in voting me or...anybody but Agentt really.

#122 - AnimePigeon arrives to the game, greets NQT and tells them to be ready to be disappointed. Then responds to Sal's vote (which is on Agentt at this point) and tells Sal their vote on themselves didn't really explain their thoughts at all.

#125 - AnimePigeon responds with a bunch of posts in a row. First they respond to Agentt that they have no problem with NQT's vote on them, but don't like Sal's vote on them because of the lack of communication.

#126 - AnimePigeon also gets confused about NQT's reference to a 2012 Paranormal game which is understandable.

#128 - AnimePigeon was slightly triggered by Agentt's third vote on AnimePigeon, but after seeing all the votes on Agentt they doubt Agentt will be mafia.

#129 - AnimePigeon has a townlean of myself and NQT. They're iffy on Agentt and heavily suspect Sal.

This looks pretty natural to me. I don't think AnimePigeon is with Agentt from reading these series of posts.

#133 - Sal thinks AnimePigeon probably isn't mafia

#139 - AnimePigeon talks with Imp about Agentt, doesn't think Agentt sounds very good but doesn't have much to go off:

He didn't sound good in that game, and doesn't sound good in this game, but I don't have much to go off, other than he's managed to attract a lot of votes, and somehow drawn Salvator to vote him - and given how suspicious Salvator is coming across, I'm proceeding with light leniency towards Agent, as the vote from Salvator, along with how easy that attempted vote had been, leaves me thinking it's unlikely Agent can realistically be Evil.

#147 - AnimePigeon humorously tells Crystal they have no chat to check

#151 - AnimePigeon tells NQT and myself to move off of Agentt for the time being since Sal is on that wagon

Ah here it is, AnimePigeon's infamous D1 post. I have trouble believing a mafia!AnimePigeon would brazenly tell me and NQT to unvote their scum partner, but it's possible if their suspicions of Sal are true.

#152 - Sal immediately calls out AnimePigeon's post as shady

#161 - Agentt comes back just to say how confused they are, then they unvote AnimePigeon

#165 - Agentt tells me they suspect "no one"

I found this response incredibly suspicious from Agentt which I mention in my later #193 post.

#169 - Agentt continues lamenting how lost they are, NQT tries to help them out, Agentt votes Sal without reason

I don't know why Agentt voted Sal here. It's inexplicit and the least explained vote by Agentt.

#180 - AnimePigeon continues to hound Agentt and Sal for contradicting themselves and doesn't feel players should vote alongside them

This feels pretty good from AnimePigeon.

#184 - Sal rebuttals AnimePigeon, says they never contradicted themselves

#190 - Sal thinks it would be funny if we lynched a veteran D1 this time, "just for laughs", after Crystal votes me Sal jokingly says they'll vote me too if Crystal promises not to kill them

This could be Sal trying to get me lynched over Agentt with the casual "we should lynch a veteran" comment, they also seemed willing to vote Magma later in the day

#201 - Agentt comes back and says there wasn't much thought behind voting Sal "it just felt right, I mainly want to trust pigeon and see where this goes?", then votes me for "self preservation" reasons.

This is the last time Agentt posts.

I don't know who would be with Agentt here between Sal and AnimePigeon. I think based on previous interactions in the day Sal looks worse here and AP looks a little better.

#203 - Sal is tempted to vote me along with Agentt

#227 - Sal asks if anyone is interested switching to Magma Mater

I think this looks bad for Sal.

#230 - AnimePigeon makes a big detailed post pushing for a Sal wagon, AP then votes Sal and calls them evil

If Sal is good then this could be AP trying to start a wagon on Sal to save Agentt, however this feels unlikely when AP could just vote me, the other wagon at the time.

#234 - Sal votes Magma after Jim votes Magma

#236 - AnimePigeon rejects this and defends Magma, AP says "Not seeing Magma as Evil".

This looks good for AnimePigeon, or else they're being very cunning as scum.

#244 - AnimePigeon gives End of Day 1 reads

Day 1 - General Vibes/Feels

* Notquitethere - Seems to be showing some Genuine Hunting, Very Clear Townie or Sublime Sneaky Evil!

* Crystalizedmire - Seems to be on a similar vibe to me regarding Salvatore

* ToonyMan - Sounding Good, but definitely got some views that differentiate from me. They think Salvatore is good, but given Salvatore hasn't made many posts or much impact, I can see ToonyMan believing what he's preaching.

* Imp - Solid Performance so far, trickery customer, that can easily weasel her way into causing Trouble. Evidently clear immediately she wouldn't be on the chopping block today.

* Jim Groovester - feeling generally null on this seat, some good posts, some lesser posts, looking to see them get more into the game and cast there net further afield than Magma Mater.

* Magma Mater - Seems to sus me for me asking NQT & Tony to stop voting alongside the company they had (Salvatore), still wanting more from them, but I would say is inside there good range, even though they are wrong regarding there view on me.

* Agentt - Don't really know what to expect from Agent. Been rather underwhelming, spending majority of Day 1 self-preservation voting the next wagon, not really showing much fight or determination to not be Lynched. Expecting a lot more from this seat, but worried they are a Walking Mis-Lynch.

* Salvatore Monday - See This

These reads feel okay to me. Thinks Agentt is a mislynch, but their position is understandable.

#253 - AnimePigeon argues with Magma since Magma doesn't think Sal will get lynched and that AnimePigeon shouldn't bother starting a Sal wagon, AnimePigeon fights back and pushes more for a Sal wagon

#271 - AP continues to argue that Sal is suspicious, thinks that Sal should be voting AP or Jim, yet isn't

#279 - Sal counters AP by saying they cannot fathom how AP can possibly think that

Sal is being really cryptic here, AP has given reads on everyone and has been a lot more thorough in explaining things than Sal in my opinion.

#288 - AP continues to attack Sal, doesn't think Sal is explaining themselves at all, doesn't think Sal has done anything to make AP doubt they're not Evil

#290 - AP ends by agreeing with Magma that they don't think Agentt is mafia before heading off

AnimePigeon falls asleep after this and isn't around for EOD1.

After Agentt leaves AP really pushes for a Sal wagon instead of voting myself or Agentt. I think if AP was mafia they would just vote me to try to keep Agentt alive. AP pushing for Sal looks good for AP because they're doing extra work they didn't have to do if mafia.

#292 - Imp votes Crystal, Sal follows suit and votes Crystal as well after telling AP they're "not the boss of me".

#302 - Sal wants to believe that I'm good

#314 - Sal votes me

Nobody bites for the Magma wagon, although Jim says they'd do it.

Final Thoughts

Magma - they're 99% mechanically cleared by Jim

Jim - very quickly claimed visiting Magma and that Magma went nowhere, if Jim was lying to cover the kill what if Magma had left their house? it's a really risky play, also when Sal voted me Jim could have joined instead of voting Agentt, 90% town

Imp - broke the 4-way tie that NQT made at end of D1 by voting Agentt, I didn't mention Imp much in my D1 analysis but they were hounding Agentt for most of the day, I also read them as strong town, 80% town

NQT - I see no reason to suspect NQT here, they didn't hound Agentt as much as Imp but I didn't really see any abnormal interactions between Agentt and NQT it looked the same as FBYOR7. I didn't really focus on them because I don't really see them as mafia, 70% town

AnimePigeon - Really aggressively pushed for Sal, felt like Sal and Agentt were both contradicting themselves, but was giving Agentt benefit of the doubt because of the large wagon on them, had no reason to push for Sal at end of Day1 it's just extra work if they're scum, 60% town

Sal - had the weirdest interactions with Agentt, seemed willing to vote anybody but Agentt at the end of Day1 until the chips were down, 40% town

I have good reasons for these reads which I can't share right now. But trust that I'm not pulling it out of nowhere.
