Have western 2 infantry move north towards nearest city. Have eastern 2 infantry move between the mountains to the east.  Produce 4 infantry.

Both move to the closest cities.
produce infantry at the two north factories, recon unit at one of the southern ones

Next time, don't already take your third turn, OP. ::)

Have nothernmost infantry move to the city, then start caping if they can (I can't remember). Have Topright factory infantry move to city, and start capping if he can. Have the rest of the eastern infantry head through the mountain pass. Have any wester/nothern infantry head north.

Produce 4 infantry.

I second this

Recon moves north, attacking bllue's infantry if possible.
Infantry and mech continue to capture what cities they can.

produce an APC, remaining funds on infantry
