How to !!Random!! materials and quality in Adventure Mode?
« on: November 26, 2012, 09:06:48 am »

In vanilla the adventurer starts with a weapon of random shape and limited material.

How do I change the parameters so that it will make things like +Gold Mace+ or =Lead Arrow=? Instead of the Copper/ Iron/ Bronze/ Silver/ Bismuth Bronze that it is limited to in vanilla?

Is there a way to mod the game that random creatures use weapons like Tin Spear or Adamantine Crossbow, instead of the basic materials?

Thanks,
:) Snake_Eyes

Yeah, modify the various metal materials to allow them to be used for making weapons and ammo.

Note that nobody will use adamantine because it's a Deep metal.

It's amazing how dwarves can make a stack of bones completely waterproof and magmaproof.
It's amazing how they can make an entire floodgate out of the bones of 2 cats.

Designate those metals as weapon metals with the right tags.
