Water Pressure trap

After seeing several dwarfs having their Blood all over the walls and not finding the bodies iwant to know if a water pressure trap would be woth the effort or whether a normal drowning tarp would be better?

First off, blood from anywhere spreads everywhere where water flows. Known bug.
Second off, what do you mean by "water pressure trap?" The only way it would be different than a normal water trap is that it might fill up faster.
