Yes, you used to be unable to talk about Elite Liberal issues -- it's now the case that the game picks for you, and if it picks an Elite Liberal issue, then your person makes some half-ass comment about it that is unlikely to persuade the person you're trying to recruit. It is a hopefully cute way of making it believably harder to recruit people to join a radical organization in an Elite Liberal society.

Use persuasion skill to determine which issues they will talk about and how they talk about them. Use charisma as modifier. Maybe even throw in psychology.

As long as I don't have to memorize the state of each issue. Seriously, it's fake difficulty. At least color code them or something.

Or just keep it like it is now. The current system is perfectly fine. Just make it a bit longer.
