At the mention of an 8 pound sword, I went O_O

I was under the impression that most swords were less than 5 lbs...
Then again, A 2-3 lb rapier probably would be much lighter than a broadsword.

I was talking about importing alimunim.
And we were hypothesising about the sexual relations between elves and trees.

most are only a few pounds...and yes I was referencing a modern rifle...but I was just saying....based on how quick an 8 pound rifle tires one out I am sure that a 5 pound sword isn't a whole lot better...

There is a difference between being undisciplined and wild, and being insane.
Dwarves fall firmly on the "insane" side. Actually, DF in general does. It's a world where giant winged feathered snails are ocean titans.

My new goal is to play adventure mode and bite all my enemies in the head at least once (assuming they have heads).
Extra points: Bite all seven heads of all hydras in the world. With one adventurer.
