Sometimes I wonder how many trolls are on these forums.
And as we all know, when we got trolls, there's always some nasty goblins nearby..

Nah they suck I have even had dwarven babies strangle kobolds to death while in their mother's arm. (no joke)

Kobold sieges would be useful if you want to assign your children as soldiers via dwarf therapist (not sure if its possible yet) and want to start training them early. Would still be massive slaughter for the kobolds I wager.
