Everyone on the front page is over 9,000. Hell, myself and everyone above me (unless I've passed Strife) is over 9,000. Everyone below me/Strife isn't quite there yet.

And a couple of people on the second page is over 9000, so unless its actually meant to show that the person is within the X number of highest posters, it should just be for people who have over 9000 posts, as it advertises.
