"Notice: once the rain ceases, all are to collect cash from the ground. Also, I call captain's quarters. This rain may not want to cease! Someone put the snakegirl onto a bed in the medical bay."

Alan followed the girl (whatshername) into the airship. After she gave the intercomm message, he reflects on what it means about his view on people. Probably that he sees them as greedy bastards. Which might actually be true.

"So, is there a reason for you people here or is this just a generic 'stuff happens for no real reason' plot?"
